Status of each utility

• Drinking water Network connected to the Lețcani public system.
• Sewerage Integrated into the public sewerage system.
• Storm water drainage Separate network, discharge as per permits.
• Electricity Network on site; a power-capacity extension is under way, the capacity available at contract signature is communicated on request.
• Natural gas Network present inside the park; connection is possible based on a technical design approved by the distribution operator and an in-principle approval from the administrator, the design and connection works being the resident's responsibility.
• Telecommunications Modern infrastructure, optical fibre.
• Internal roads Internal network designed for heavy traffic.
• Lighting Exterior lighting across the whole site.
• Security Video surveillance and perimeter guarding of common areas.
• Administrative building Offices and conference room available for rent.
