We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018, exclusively in connection with our public mission of administering the park's infrastructure: we do not sell online, do not conduct direct marketing and do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Purposes and legal bases: replying to contact-form messages and letters of intent, art. 6 (1) (b) (pre-contractual steps) and (e) (public interest); organising public plot-allocation procedures and concluding/performing administration contracts, art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) (Law no. 186/2013, G.E.O. no. 109/2011) and (e); handling public-information requests, art. 6 (1) (c) (Law no. 544/2001); accounting, archiving and audit, art. 6 (1) (c).

Recipients: public authorities with legal powers (Iași County Council, fiscal bodies, Court of Accounts, courts) and IT/hosting providers acting as processors under art. 28 GDPR contracts. No transfers outside the EEA, except the use of Google Maps described in the Cookie policy.

Retention: for as long as necessary for the purpose, then per the statutory archiving periods.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure (within the limits of legal retention duties), restriction, objection, portability where applicable, requests to office@iasiindustrialpark.ro, answered within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian Supervisory Authority (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.

Security: appropriate technical and organisational measures (restricted access, encrypted communications, logging). În caz de divergență, versiunea în limba română prevalează.
