About the park
History
- 2014 Iași County Council, together with Lețcani Commune, establishes Iași Industrial Park S.R.L.; the park's Zonal Urban Plan is approved.
- 2017 The Ministry of Regional Development grants the industrial park title by Order no. 3825/2017.
- 2026 The park prepares the launch of the first plot-allocation procedure.

The park administrator
Iași Industrial Park S.R.L. manages the park under Law no. 186/2013. The legal obligations are direct guarantees for investors. Founders: Iași County, through the County Council, and Lețcani Commune. Administrator: VAT 32977543, Trade Reg. J2014000533226. Location: Lețcani commune, junction of E583 and DJ 842B.
- Equal treatment of all residents and prohibition of abusive practices.
- Resident selection based exclusively on the public access regulation.
- The right of use over plots and shared infrastructure.
- Maintenance, repair and modernisation of the park infrastructure.
